Location

Villa Kamena stands on the shore of Dobrota, one of the calmest stretches of the Bay of Kotor, with the water directly in front of the property and the mountains rising behind it. Kotor Old Town is 1.9 km away, an easy and beautiful walk along the seafront promenade, and the local bus stops just 15 m from the property. Restaurants and cafes are around 200 m away and a fresh food market is a ten minute walk.

The North Gate of Kotor is 2 km away, the Sea Gate 2.1 km, the Kotor Clock Tower 2.2 km and the Gurdic Gate 2.4 km. Further along the coast you reach Tivat Clock Tower at 12 km, the Roman Mosaics in Risan at 15 km and Lovcen National Park at 17 km. Virtu Beach is 750 m away, Kotor Beach 1.4 km, Orahovac Beach 6 km and Markov Rt Beach 8 km, while the popular beaches of Jaz and Plavi Horizonti are around a fifteen minute drive. Tartana House is 200 m from the villa, Caffe Bar Venezia 850 m and Triathlon Cafe 1.1 km.

Tivat Airport is 10 km from Villa Kamena, roughly a twenty minute drive, Dubrovnik Airport is 58 km and Podgorica Airport is 77 km. An airport shuttle can be arranged at an additional charge. If you arrive by car, free private parking is available in front of the building, and the main bus station in Kotor is a short ride or a walk along the bay.
